Trip Profile: Our Tour de Thailand cycling throught a less-explored region ,a place of ancient jungle in Khao Sok, seductive coasts the south to the imposing mountains ,challling hill climb in the north surounded by spectacular scenery,offering ample contrast and the best of both. This Thailand cycling tour design by Vietnam Adventure Cycling ,starting from bangkok and end at Bangkok at the starting we heading south to some beautiful quited beach which untouch by tourist along the gulf of thailand and turning west to Andaman Sea where limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand which you can see from the beautiful coast with lively atmosphere .taking the overnight train back to Bangkok and ready for the journey up north through the Death railway in Kanchan buri in the west, Sukhothai Kingdom before reach the northern cities of Thailand like Chiang Mai , Chiang Rai and the Golden Triangle, where the Mekong River marks the borders of Thailand, Burma, and Laos.and you wont skip Ayutthaya, Ancient capital of Thailand on way back To Bangkok pasing small scenic village to see the rural life, riding through the spectacular limestone mountains or wonderful trails and backroads that have little traffic and fantastic scenery. Day 1: BANGKOK - WELCOME TO THAILAND
Vietnam Adventure Cycling Crew will meet you up at the hotel,Rembrandt Sukhumvit (22 Sukhumvit 20 Alley, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khlong Toei, Bangkok), which had booked for our group at 2 PM . here we will spend a bit time for bike fitting before get a room to relax. in the eveverning we will meet up again and take alitle walk to the restaurant,AMOK,one of the best restaurant in bangkok with thai cuisine for welcome dinner. Our guide will briefing the general information for our journey.overnight in Bangkok Activities :

Day 2: BANGKOK - SAMUT SONGGRAM
In the morning , Vietnam Adventure Cycling will pick you up at the hotel then we do the short transfer out of the city to avoid the crazy traffic , we are heading to the out skirt of the city in the south for our adventure cycling Journey. Today ride is Gentle easy ride through the rural village follow some canal passing rice fields to lunch , after lunch we continue paddle to our beautiful hotel right on the river bank . dinner and overnight in Samut Songgram.. Activities :

Day 3: SAMUT SONGRAM - HUA HIN
Your day will start in the early morning for the Amphawa floating market trip, is one of the most iconic places to visit in Thailand, Boats zip around offering all sorts of goods, old ladies yell about how tasty their fresh mangoes are, and you’ll probably even see people showering in the canal. It is a very local area, not overly developed for tourism so expect to see an authentic view of the Thai lifestyle. Back to hotel for breakfast and ready to get on the bike. we will cycle along rural quite road through the village and heading to Phra Nakhon Khiri means 'holy city hill' before reach Haad Chao Samran beach for lunch and contine to follow the coastline to Hua Hin for overnight. Day 4: HUA HIN - PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH
today we start from hotel and follow the country road follow the railway along the quited beach in the south of thailand passing some fishing village before reach the restaurant for lunch , after lunch we will do a short transfer to our beautiful beach resort located at the quited beach which untouch by tourist beach after Prachua khirikhanh. here the narrowest part of Thailand, just 12.38 km (7.69 mi) from the Gulf of Thailand to the border with Myanmar in the Tenasserim Hills . dinner and overnight resort. Day 5: PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH - CHUMPHON
Once again we will start from the hotel paddle on the quites coatline passing the Palm falm ,keep paddle to enjoy the beautiful of the beach in Gulf of thailand before we traveling eastward to Andaman see in the next day.after we done 75 km we will transfer by bus to the lunch stop before heading to our beautiful hotel . Activities :

Day 6: CHUMPHON - KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK
A The long day will start the 3 hours transfer to Surat Thani to the local lunch after that The real scenic highlight of this area will then come into view – stunning limestone karsts. Formed over 260 million years ago, these karsts were once part of a prehistoric underwater reef that stretched all the way up to Vietnam and will be your constant companion for the next few days. With an average height of 400 metres and rising all the way up to almost a kilometre, they are impossible to ignore. Heading west, cycle through a sea of greenery towards the Ratchaprapha Dam (approximately 40 kilometres). like the freshwater version of Phang Nga’s famous limestone peaks, this is a reservoir where hundreds of tiny islands of exquisite pale rock jut out of emerald water. After we keep cycling to the main road and a short transfer to our beautiful resort right on the top of Mountian . Activities :

Day 7: KHAO SOK NATIONAL - FREEDAY
Established as Thailand’s 22nd national park in 1980, Khao Sok is home to the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world, deep valleys, the beautiful Cheow Larn Lake, numerous caves, and a significant wild animal population. This nature lover's paradise includes elephants, exotic Hornbills, water-loving Langur Monkeys or looking out for wildlife as you head for rivers and waterfalls where you might enjoy a cooling dip. Here you’ll have free time discover by your own way. Activities :

Day 8: KHAO SOK NATONAL PARK - KHAO LAK
After the recover day , we will start our adventure cycling from the hotel, the first 11 km on the flat section numerous flowing rivers, palm-fringed roads and smiling local children to warm up the muscle before the small climb to the top to admire the stunning view ,have water break there before we cruising down to the Andaman Coast. Here you’ll run parallel to the sublime Andaman Sea before arriving at your home for the night.Dinner and overnight in Khao Lak. Activities:

Day 9: KHAO LAK - PHANG NGA
Leave the coast and head inland today, cycling eastwards through rolling hills pass forests orchards, and rubber plantations to Phang Nga. This town known for its relaxed atmosphere, cheap and authentic food, and some spectacular sights, Phang Nga is the perfect place to taste Southern Thailand. Just like the food Phang Nga has a diverse culture, with Buddhist temples, mosques, and Taoist Chinese shrines all found within walking distance of one another. After a relaxing lunch you’ll take a boat on the Phang-Nga Bay, where limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. You’ll stop by the famous James Bond Island, immortalised in the movie 'The Man With the Golden Gun', and Koh Panyee, an extraordinary Muslim fishing village built over water on stilts, with its own mosque and even a floating football pitch. Day 10: PHANG NGA - AO NANG
In the morning we and our two wheels friend will start from the hotel ride through beautiful inland landscapes and down the coast to the classic Thai beachside town of Ao Nang. After so much time spent moving at a slow pace, Ao Nang comes as a welcome change, with lively atmosphere, shops that light up the sidewalk, food and drink on every corner. While the front beach here is good and the truly highlight is the spectacular nearby shores of Tonsai, Railay, Ko Hong, Ko Poda and Ko Gai. Have a beer or cocktail will be not bad choice. Activities:

Day 11:AO NANG -FREEDAY
There’s easy boat access to the islands of Ko Phi Phi and Phuket.If you’ve had enough of the beach, perhaps go rock climbing. Whether you're a novice or a pro, looking down on the jungle and ocean from a limestone cliff face is unforgettable. Free and leisure by your own Activities:

Day 12: AO NANG - TRANG- OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO BANGKOK
We star with a transfer to avoid the traffic in Krabi. We ride southward on the flatten road . along the rural country road through rubber ,Palm farm we continue south, have a local lunch out skirt of Trang, an interesting town filled with delicious food, curious artwork, and a heavy Chinese influence.get to the small hotel for shower and changing clothes for the overnight train Journey at 5:30 PM. Activities:

Day 12: BANGKOK - FREEDAY

Day 13: BANGKOK – KANCHANA BURI
Good morning! Your guide from the team at Vietnam Adventure Cycling will meet you at your hotel to make your transfer of the busy city. This takes around two hours. Your bike will be ready and waiting when you arrive at the starting point. Soon we’re cycling on paved country roads, through small villages, seeing the beauty of Thailand. There are rice fields, gardens, Buddhist (Theravada) pagodas and friendly Thai people to make it a special day. We stop for drinks of water as we cycle along the riverbank until we see the death railway. It was built during the Second World War by Allied prisoners of war and Asian workers. The Japanese military wished to construct a strategic route through to Myanmar, in spite of the great human cost. Later, we visit the elephant world complex – a real treat for people who haven’t met these giants before – then head to our beautiful resort on the river. How do you like it? People say it’s really good. Activities :

Day 14: KANCHANABURI - UTHAI THANI
After breakfast ,we will do 1hour transfer out of the city to the cycling point . we will cycling on the dirt road through some remote area passing cassava , corn farm, stop for water and try some local fruit. Keep paddling along the quite country road to the lunch stop. The road will be rolling a bit from lunch to our beautiful hotel.Dinner and overnight in the hotel. Activities :

Day 15: UTHAI THANI - KAMPHAENG PHET
The easy day will start with the cycling from the peaceful and quiet resort hidden near the town center crossing a small bridge to the other side of the river follow Sakae Krang River to Chao Praya river continue cycling along the river on the country road is best ride to enjoy seeing the REAL Thailand, the countryside, the villages. We stop for lunch in Nakhon Sawan at the restaurant on the riverside overlooking the intersection of Ping and Nan river (to become Chao Praya River). After we done 80 cycling we get on the van and transfer on the highway 1 to Kamphaeng Phet. Overnight at the Riverside Resort overlooking Ping River.. Activities :

Day 16: KAMPHAENG PHET - SUKHOTHAI
After the breakfast at the hotel the bike will be ready and waiting for you in front of the resort .We cycle to Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park it is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Historic Town of Sukhothai and Associated Historic Towns, from the hotel. We will spend around 1hours to discover the temples, then cycling to lunch . After that we keep cycling on quiet countryside road along Ramkhampaeng National Park. We reach Sukho Thai, founded in 1,238AD was the capital of Thai empire for 140 years before moving to Ayuthaya. And before we cycle to the hotel we will spend time to Visit the temples in SukhoThai Historical Park .Overnight in SukhoThai. Activities :

Day 17: SUKHOTHAI - CHIANG MAI
From the hotel We cycle through one of the best scenery in the rural of Thailand. The scenery keep changing through the sugar cane farm, the villages, the rice field and the mountain view. Today we have packed lunch as there is no local restaurant in this remote area. After lunch we cycle through the beautiful and quiet jungle. The road is getting rolling a bit when we get closer to the finish point . jump on the bus and transfer to Chieng Mai. Dinner and overnight in Chieng Mai. Activities:

Day 18: CHIANG MAI - FREEDAY
Rest day . you all will free to discover the beautiful city, the largest city in northern of Thailand Activities:

Day 19: CHIANG MAI - CHAI PRAKAN
we will do an hour transfer out of city at beginning to the cycling point. We cycle along the singletrack through a scenic teak forest to our lunch spot at refreshing water fall. Today ride is real challenge for mountain biker as we climb some outstanding mountain cut by the local hill tribes .we ride dirt road through rice fields . Along the way we will meet Akha,Lisu,Palaung people .the colorful for Palaung are recent migrants and we will see their women adorned with the heavy brass waistband working in the fields. Dinner and overnight in Chai Prakan . Activities:

Day 20: CHAI PRAKAN - DOI MEA SALONG
The easy will start after the breakfast at the hotel and we will start our journey . Today ‘s ride is flat compare with next few day. We will ride along back road though the village where the farmer working in their rice paddies and orchards. continue to riding through the village to Malika for the local lunch .jump on the bus and transfer to Doi Mea Salong locatet at 1400m hight from the sea level , and it just 6 km away from Burmar borderline. dinner and overnight in the beautifu hotel in doi salong . Activities:

Day 21: DOI MEA SALONG - CHIENG RAI
spending more time in Doi Mea salong because of the friendly local ethnic people and stunnning landscape which natural have offer,will be great choice for you all after few long day of cycling.leaving the hotel at noon for a short transfer to Chiang Rai and visit the white, and the blue pagoda before the hotel .overnight in chiang rai . Day 22: CHIANG RAI - GOLDEN TRIANGLE
Breakfast at the hotel. We will cycle along undulating with some flat section passing Rubber plantation , the rice paddies where the water buffalo plow through the field or sowing seed into the earth by farmer. We will finish our cycling day at the ancient temple in Chaing Saon ,south of golden triangle ,jump on the van and transfer to lodge lodge in the middle of H’MONG village with the spectacular view of the pristine valley. Free to relax or wander through village to experience the local daily life of the villagers in the community Activities:

Day 23: GOLDEN TRIANGLE - CHIENG KHON

We will have a local lunch before reach our beautiful hotel in Chiang Khon. Dinner and overnight in Chieng Khong Activities:

Day 24: CHIENG KHON - CHIANG KHAM
Today is the hard day so make sure that you have a big breakfast and be ready. We cycle along the borderline you will see Laos from Thailand Side ,continue to ride through the highlight of the trip, the road is undulating with some flat section but mostly up hill, and we have to reach 1400 meter high before downhill. Working hard will be paid off ,we will spend time and have a picnic lunch on the top of the mountain with the spectacular view .enjoy your downhill and easy ride in the afternoon before reach your beautiful resort in the middle of the rice paddies where the water buffalo plow through the field or sowing seed into the earth by farmer. Dinner and overnight in Chieng Kham. Activities:

Day 25: CHIANG KHAM - PHRAE
We will start our day right after the breakfast from the hotel. we will leaving the border behind and cycle deeper inland into Thailand the road is rolling there are some hill but really small and mostly down so you will have a great day on the bicycle , just paddling and whistling and enjoy the untouch scenery along the road , have lunch and continue to hit the road until we reach 80km . then jump on the van and transfer to Phrae for overnight . Day 26: PHRAE - NAKHON SAWAN
your day will start with 3 hours transfer to cycling point,we will ride on the smooth road to the tiny concrete road follo the small river , Yom river , which supply the water for whole farm in this area . have a local lunch and continue cycle through some villages before reach Nakhon Sawan. dinner and overnight in Nakhon Sawan . Activities:

Day 27: NAKHON SAWAN - AYUTTHAYA
Another day we have to transfer at the begging to avoide the traffic , another rural road through the rice field get closer and deeper into the village , have a local lunch continue to follow the Chao Phraya river to Ayuthaya,ancient capital of thailand, for overnight .Activities:

DAY 28: AYUTTHAYA - BANGKOK
