Trip Profile: Southern Thailand Cycling Tour through a less-explored region of South of Thailand, a place of ancient jungle, imposing mountains, seductive coasts,offering ample contrast and the best of both. For this trip if you all have more time you all can expand your trip by crossing the border and continue the Journey to Kualalumpur or Singapore

Road Surface  Mostly rural,small, coastline ,rolling hill, undulating .follows asphalt roads, dirt road passing the countryside and the rice field. The back road along the river and village is small but good enough for cycling, less busy. A little bit sandy. Biking guide Experienced English speaking-biking guides with enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Biking guides are first aid qualified and can maintain bikes. Their role is to deliver a safe and enjoyable tour to the clients, they manage the group, co-ordinate the driver and support vehicle, buy snacks and fruit along the way, look out for clients needs. They are cultural guides as well as pure biking…

Day 1: BANGKOK - SAMUT SONGGRAM
In the morning , Vietnam Adventure Cycling will pick you up at the hotel then we do the short transfer out of the city to avoid the crazy traffic , we are heading to the out skirt of the city in the south for our adventure cycling Journey. Today ride is Gentle easy ride through the rural village follow some canal passing rice fields to lunch , after lunch we continue paddle to our beautiful hotel right on the river bank . dinner and overnight in Samut Songgram.. Activities :
  • 40 km cycling
  • Meals: Lunch, Dinner.
  • Accommodation :Prima Amphawa hotel or similar .

Day 2: SAMUT SONGRAM - HUA HIN
Your day will start in the early morning for the Amphawa floating market trip, is one of the most iconic places to visit in Thailand, Boats zip around offering all sorts of goods, old ladies yell about how tasty their fresh mangoes are, and you’ll probably even see people showering in the canal. It is a very local area, not overly developed for tourism so expect to see an authentic view of the Thai lifestyle. Back to hotel for breakfast and ready to get on the bike. we will cycle along rural quite road through the village and heading to Phra Nakhon Khiri means 'holy city hill' before reach Haad Chao Samran beach for lunch and contine to follow the coastline to Hua Hin for overnight. Activities :

Day 3: HUA HIN - PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH
today we start from hotel and follow the country road follow the railway along the quited beach in the south of thailand passing some fishing village before reach the restaurant for lunch , after lunch we will do a short transfer to our beautiful beach resort located at the quited beach which untouch by tourist beach after Prachua khirikhanh. here the narrowest part of Thailand, just 12.38 km (7.69 mi) from the Gulf of Thailand to the border with Myanmar in the Tenasserim Hills . dinner and overnight resort. Activities :

Day 4: PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH - CHUMPHON
Once again we will start from the hotel paddle on the quites coatline passing the Palm falm ,keep paddle to enjoy the beautiful of the beach in Gulf of thailand before we traveling eastward to Andaman see in the next day.after we done 75 km we will transfer by bus to the lunch stop before heading to our beautiful hotel . Activities :

Day 5: CHUMPHON - KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK
A The long day will start the 3 hours transfer to Surat Thani to the local lunch after that The real scenic highlight of this area will then come into view – stunning limestone karsts. Formed over 260 million years ago, these karsts were once part of a prehistoric underwater reef that stretched all the way up to Vietnam and will be your constant companion for the next few days. With an average height of 400 metres and rising all the way up to almost a kilometre, they are impossible to ignore. Heading west, cycle through a sea of greenery towards the Ratchaprapha Dam (approximately 40 kilometres). like the freshwater version of Phang Nga’s famous limestone peaks, this is a reservoir where hundreds of tiny islands of exquisite pale rock jut out of emerald water. After we keep cycling to the main road and a short transfer to our beautiful resort right on the top of Mountian . Activities :

Day 6: KHAO SOK NATIONAL - FREEDAY
Established as Thailand’s 22nd national park in 1980, Khao Sok is home to the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world, deep valleys, the beautiful Cheow Larn Lake, numerous caves, and a significant wild animal population. This nature lover's paradise includes elephants, exotic Hornbills, water-loving Langur Monkeys or looking out for wildlife as you head for rivers and waterfalls where you might enjoy a cooling dip. Here you’ll have free time discover by your own way. Activities :

Day 7: KHAO SOK NATONAL PARK - KHAO LAK
After the recover day , we will start our adventure cycling from the hotel, the first 11 km on the flat section numerous flowing rivers, palm-fringed roads and smiling local children to warm up the muscle before the small climb to the top to admire the stunning view ,have water break there before we cruising down to the Andaman Coast. Here you’ll run parallel to the sublime Andaman Sea before arriving at your home for the night.Dinner and overnight in Khao Lak. Activities:

Day 8: KHAO LAK - PHANG NGA
Leave the coast and head inland today, cycling eastwards through rolling hills pass forests orchards, and rubber plantations to Phang Nga. This town known for its relaxed atmosphere, cheap and authentic food, and some spectacular sights, Phang Nga is the perfect place to taste Southern Thailand. Just like the food Phang Nga has a diverse culture, with Buddhist temples, mosques, and Taoist Chinese shrines all found within walking distance of one another. After a relaxing lunch you’ll take a boat on the Phang-Nga Bay, where limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. You’ll stop by the famous James Bond Island, immortalised in the movie 'The Man With the Golden Gun', and Koh Panyee, an extraordinary Muslim fishing village built over water on stilts, with its own mosque and even a floating football pitch. Activities:

Day 9: PHANG NGA - AO NANG
In the morning we and our two wheels friend will start from the hotel ride through beautiful inland landscapes and down the coast to the classic Thai beachside town of Ao Nang. After so much time spent moving at a slow pace, Ao Nang comes as a welcome change, with lively atmosphere, shops that light up the sidewalk, food and drink on every corner. While the front beach here is good and the truly highlight is the spectacular nearby shores of Tonsai, Railay, Ko Hong, Ko Poda and Ko Gai. Have a beer or cocktail will be not bad choice. Activities:

Day 10: AO NANG - FREEDAY
There’s easy boat access to the islands of Ko Phi Phi and Phuket.If you’ve had enough of the beach, perhaps go rock climbing. Whether you're a novice or a pro, looking down on the jungle and ocean from a limestone cliff face is unforgettable. Free and leisure by your own Activities:

Day 11: AO NANG - TRANG
We star with a transfer to avoid the traffic in Krabi. We ride southward on the flatten road . along the rural country road through rubber ,Palm farm we continue south, have a local lunch out skirt of Trang. The traffic will get a bit busier but good enough when we to our hotel In Trang, an interesting town filled with delicious food, curious artwork, and a heavy Chinese influence. Activities:

  • Meals: breakfast, lunch, Dinner.
  • Accommodation: Rua Rasada Hotel or similar.

Day 12: TRANG - OVERNIGHT TRAIN BACK TO BANGKOK
Free and leisure by your own until the time we have to transfer to train station for the overnight train to bangkok. The train will reach Bangkok at 6:30 AM in the morning. End of the Journey .. Activities:
  • no biking .
  •  Meal :Breakfast.
  • Accommodation:Overnight train with soft sleeping bed.
