The beautiful Andaman Coast of Thailand sets the stage for the journey, with sunny white-sand beaches and impressive limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. Ride on quiet coastal roads, through tranquil forests and National Parks , experience the local culture- and the terrain- begin to morph as the route heads further south towards Malaysia. Explore historic colonial Georgetown, Malaysia's food capital, and fuel up for a ride into hill. Day 1: BANGKOK -WELCOME TO THAILAND
Vietnam Adventure Cycling Crew will meet you up at the hotel,Rembrandt Sukhumvit (22 Sukhumvit 20 Alley, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khlong Toei, Bangkok), which had booked for our group at 2 PM . here we will spend a bit time for bike fitting before get a room to relax. in the eveverning we will meet up again and take alitle walk to the restaurant,AMOK,one of the best restaurant in bangkok with thai cuisine for welcome dinner. Our guide will briefing the general information for our journey.overnight in Bangkok Activities :

Day 2: BANGKOK - SAMUT SONGGRAM
In the morning , Vietnam Adventure Cycling will pick you up at the hotel then we do the short transfer out of the city to avoid the crazy traffic , we are heading to the out skirt of the city in the south for our adventure cycling Journey. Today ride is Gentle easy ride through the rural village follow some canal passing rice fields to lunch , after lunch we continue paddle to our beautiful hotel right on the river bank . dinner and overnight in Samut Songgram.. Activities :

Day 3: SAMUT SONGRAM - HUA HIN
Your day will start in the early morning for the Amphawa floating market trip, is one of the most iconic places to visit in Thailand, Boats zip around offering all sorts of goods, old ladies yell about how tasty their fresh mangoes are, and you’ll probably even see people showering in the canal. It is a very local area, not overly developed for tourism so expect to see an authentic view of the Thai lifestyle. Back to hotel for breakfast and ready to get on the bike. we will cycle along rural quite road through the village and heading to Phra Nakhon Khiri means 'holy city hill' before reach Haad Chao Samran beach for lunch and contine to follow the coastline to Hua Hin for overnight. Day 4: HUA HIN - PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH
today we start from hotel and follow the country road follow the railway along the quited beach in the south of thailand passing some fishing village before reach the restaurant for lunch , after lunch we will do a short transfer to our beautiful beach resort located at the quited beach which untouch by tourist beach after Prachua khirikhanh. here the narrowest part of Thailand, just 12.38 km (7.69 mi) from the Gulf of Thailand to the border with Myanmar in the Tenasserim Hills . dinner and overnight resort. Day 5: PRACHUAP KHIRIKHANH - CHUMPHON
Once again we will start from the hotel paddle on the quites coatline passing the Palm falm ,keep paddle to enjoy the beautiful of the beach in Gulf of thailand before we traveling eastward to Andaman see in the next day.after we done 75 km we will transfer by bus to the lunch stop before heading to our beautiful hotel . Activities :

Day 6: CHUMPHON - KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK
A The long day will start the 3 hours transfer to Surat Thani to the local lunch after that The real scenic highlight of this area will then come into view – stunning limestone karsts. Formed over 260 million years ago, these karsts were once part of a prehistoric underwater reef that stretched all the way up to Vietnam and will be your constant companion for the next few days. With an average height of 400 metres and rising all the way up to almost a kilometre, they are impossible to ignore. Heading west, cycle through a sea of greenery towards the Ratchaprapha Dam (approximately 40 kilometres). like the freshwater version of Phang Nga’s famous limestone peaks, this is a reservoir where hundreds of tiny islands of exquisite pale rock jut out of emerald water. After we keep cycling to the main road and a short transfer to our beautiful resort right on the top of Mountian . Activities :

Day 7: KHAO SOK NATIONAL - FREEDAY
Established as Thailand’s 22nd national park in 1980, Khao Sok is home to the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world, deep valleys, the beautiful Cheow Larn Lake, numerous caves, and a significant wild animal population. This nature lover's paradise includes elephants, exotic Hornbills, water-loving Langur Monkeys or looking out for wildlife as you head for rivers and waterfalls where you might enjoy a cooling dip. Here you’ll have free time discover by your own way. Activities :

Day 8: KHAO SOK NATONAL PARK - KHAO LAK
After the recover day , we will start our adventure cycling from the hotel, the first 11 km on the flat section numerous flowing rivers, palm-fringed roads and smiling local children to warm up the muscle before the small climb to the top to admire the stunning view ,have water break there before we cruising down to the Andaman Coast. Here you’ll run parallel to the sublime Andaman Sea before arriving at your home for the night.Dinner and overnight in Khao Lak. Activities:

Day 9: KHAO LAK - PHANG NGA
Leave the coast and head inland today, cycling eastwards through rolling hills pass forests orchards, and rubber plantations to Phang Nga. This town known for its relaxed atmosphere, cheap and authentic food, and some spectacular sights, Phang Nga is the perfect place to taste Southern Thailand. Just like the food Phang Nga has a diverse culture, with Buddhist temples, mosques, and Taoist Chinese shrines all found within walking distance of one another. After a relaxing lunch you’ll take a boat on the Phang-Nga Bay, where limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. You’ll stop by the famous James Bond Island, immortalised in the movie 'The Man With the Golden Gun', and Koh Panyee, an extraordinary Muslim fishing village built over water on stilts, with its own mosque and even a floating football pitch. Day 10: PHANG NGA - AO NANG
In the morning we and our two wheels friend will start from the hotel ride through beautiful inland landscapes and down the coast to the classic Thai beachside town of Ao Nang. After so much time spent moving at a slow pace, Ao Nang comes as a welcome change, with lively atmosphere, shops that light up the sidewalk, food and drink on every corner. While the front beach here is good and the truly highlight is the spectacular nearby shores of Tonsai, Railay, Ko Hong, Ko Poda and Ko Gai. Have a beer or cocktail will be not bad choice. Activities:

Day 11: AO NANG - FREEDAY
There’s easy boat access to the islands of Ko Phi Phi and Phuket.If you’ve had enough of the beach, perhaps go rock climbing. Whether you're a novice or a pro, looking down on the jungle and ocean from a limestone cliff face is unforgettable. Free and leisure by your own Activities:

Day 12: AO NANG - TRANG
We star with a transfer to avoid the traffic in Krabi. We ride southward on the flatten road . along the rural country road through rubber ,Palm farm we continue south, have a local lunch out skirt of Trang. The traffic will get a bit busier but good enough when we to our hotel In Trang, an interesting town filled with delicious food, curious artwork, and a heavy Chinese influence. Activities:

DAY 13: TRANG - SATUN
Another day we have to transfer out of the city to avoid the traffic to the cycling point. from there we cycle on the smooth rolling country road passing the lush green forest to luch stop at La Ngu before heading on the road again the small border town call Satun for overnight .dinner and overnight in Satun.. DAY 14: SATUN - ALOR SETAR
We will start from the hotel right after the breakfast This morning starts with a 23-km ride to the border. And we have to say goodbye with Thailand team , border crossing process .after the first 6km in Malaysia, we hit our only hill of the day, but the ride up will be tough and is sure to get your heart rate up! of course, have a great downhill to follow before enjoying flat and smooth riding all the way to our hotel in Alor Setar, home to the Central State Administration Centre and the birthplace of two of Malaysia's prime ministers. Dinner and overnight in Alor Setar. Activities:

DAY 15: ALOR SETAR - PENANG (GEORGE TOWN)
Another flat and scenic ride as along the coast and there will be a few rolling hills when we skirt Hutan Lipur Rekreasi Tupah,a protected area in Kuala Muda District. The highlight of our day will be crossing to the island of Penang where we overnight at the colonial town of Georgetown, famous for its eclectic mix of colonial-style architecture. Let’s hit the town to discover some of famous delicacies and learn the tasty truth behind Georgetown's nickname -- Malaysia's food capital Activities :

DAY 16: PENANG (GEORGE TOWN) - FREEDAY

DAY 17: PENANG (GEORGE TOWN) - IPOH
After a recover day , it's time for another great ride. We'll transfer by car from the hotel for about an hour and a half, and set up our bikes near a local water park. Our ride takes us along country roads, with a mix of local farms, forest, and palm plantations.Then it's a fantastic, undulating ride through lush forests, all the way to our beautiful hotel with the rooftop pool. Dinner and overnight in Ipoh Activities :

DAY 18: IPOH - CAMERON HIGHLAND
Our long big day will start from the hotel right after the big breakfast. you all will have 20 km to warm up the muscle for the long climb to Cameron highland. The Climb is consistent, not too steep but it is slow journey , so our support team will stay closer to make sure you that you all will have enough water and energy to continue the journey . have a picnic at the top to admire the view before follow the undulating to our beautiful hotel . dinner and overnight in Cameron hightland. DAY 19: CAMERON HIGHLAND- RAUB
Our day will start with a big downhill! It's a long, cruising descent out of Cameron Highlands passing famous tea estates, rural greenhouse farms before the terrain evens out. The rest of our ride is along an big undulating forest road, so there are some hill but nothing compared to yesterday! The last 40 kilometers is a flat ride through forest and palm farms to our accommodation at a quiet, hillside resort outside the town of Raub. Activities :

DAY 20: RAUB - KUALA LUMPURE
We will continue riding for a flat 27 kilometers passing through the town of Raub to the foot of the pass and the climb will start up to the top we we going to take break for water and some snack before having fun on the way down surrounded by typical Malaysian rainforest. Our ride ends in the town of Kuala Kubu Bharu, a quiet and charming town with Chinese character and nice views of the surrounding scenery. have lunch before jump on the bus and transfer by car to Kuala Lumpur. On the way, we'll have the opportunity to stop and visit the famous Batu Caves. Dinner and overnight in Kuala Lumpur.. Activities :

DAY 22: KUALA LUMPURE - MALACCA
Your day will start will one hours transfer out of kuala lumpur to avoid the traffic to our cycling point. we will cycle along the rural smooth country road passing through some villages , under the shade of Malaysia Typical rainforest . we will have a local lunch before continue heading to Malacca, the oldest Malaysian city on the Straits of Malacca, having become a successful entrepôt in the era of the Malacca Sultanate. Dinner and overnight in Malacca. Activities :

DAY 23: MALACCA - BATU PAHAT
The beautiful day will start from the hotel along flat and scenic coastline of Malacca Strait, passing some fishing farm on the way to Portuguese Well which surrounded by Palm and coconut tree. After a few km on expansive road we will make a turn to the country road again and the road will get a bit busy when we get closer to the hotel . Dinner and overnight in Batu Pahat. Activities :

DAY 24: BATU PAHAT - JOHOR BAHRU
