The beautiful Andaman Coast of Thailand sets the stage for the journey, with sunny white-sand beaches and impressive limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. Ride on quiet coastal roads, through tranquil forests and National Parks , experience the local culture- and the terrain- begin to morph as the route heads further south towards Malaysia.
Explore historic colonial Georgetown, Malaysia's food capital, and fuel up for a ride into hill. Palm plantations, thick jungle, and colourful mosques line the undulating roads through the center. a leg-testing climb to Cameron Highlands,verdant tea estates. tropical forests and authentic Malay towns before the journey's end in dazzlingly modern Kuala Lumpure.

Itinerary
Day 1: PHUKHET - PHANG NGA
The Team from Vietnam Adventure Cycling will meet you up at your hotel then Leave the coast and head inland today by the short transfer for our cycling journey. We will cycle eastwards through rolling hills pass forests orchards, and rubber plantations to Phang Nga. This town known for its relaxed atmosphere, cheap and authentic food, and some spectacular sights, Phang Nga is the perfect place to taste Southern Thailand. Just like the food Phang Nga has a diverse culture, with Buddhist temples, mosques, and Taoist Chinese shrines all found within walking distance of one another. We will reach the hotel in the early afternoon so you have free time to discover the city or you can take a boat on the Phang-Nga Bay, where limestone rocks famously erupt out of the water, creating what is, for many, the iconic image of Thailand. You’ll stop by the famous James Bond Island, immortalised in the movie 'The Man With the Golden Gun', and Koh Panyee, an extraordinary Muslim fishing village built over water on stilts, with its own mosque and even a floating football pitch. Day 2: PHANG NGA -AO NANG
In the morning we and our two wheels friend will ride through beautiful inland landscapes and down the coast to the classic Thai beachside town of Ao Nang. After so much time spent moving at a slow pace, Ao Nang comes as a welcome change, with lively atmosphere, shops that light up the sidewalk, food and drink on every corner. While the front beach here is good and the truly highlight is the spectacular nearby shores of Tonsai, Railay, Ko Hong, Ko Poda and Ko Gai. Have a beer or cocktail will be not bad choice. Day 3: AO NANG - TRANG
We Drive southward on the flatten road. along the rural country road through rubber, Palm farm we continue south on the rolling hill.Hit the beautiful quite beach untouched by tourist, we will jump on the bike and cycle along the coastline to the local restaurant for lunch .the traffic will get a bit busier but good enough when we to our hotel In Trang, an interesting town filled with delicious food, curious artwork, and a heavy Chinese influence. Day 4: TRANG - SANTUN
we cycle on the smooth rolling country road through the typical lush green forest of rubber and Palm plantation.before hit on the road again to the small border town call Satun for overnight .dinner and overnight in Satun.. Activities :

DAY 5: SATUN- BORDER CROSSING - ALOR SETAR (Malaysia )
We will start from the hotel right after the breakfast This morning starts with a 23-km ride to the border. And we have to say goodbye with Thailand team , border crossing process .after the first 6km in Malaysia, we hit our only hill of the day, but the ride up will be tough and is sure to get your heart rate up! of course, have a great downhill to follow before enjoying flat and smooth riding all the way to our hotel in Alor Setar, home to the Central State Administration Centre and the birthplace of two of Malaysia's prime ministers. DAY 6: ALOR SETAR - PENANG (GEORGE TOWN)
Another flat and scenic ride as along the coast and there will be a few rolling hills when we skirt Hutan Lipur Rekreasi Tupah,a protected area in Kuala Muda District. The highlight of our day will be crossing to the island of Penang where we overnight at the colonial town of Georgetown, famous for its eclectic mix of colonial-style architecture. Let’s hit the town to discover some of famous delicacies and learn the tasty truth behind Georgetown's nickname -- Malaysia's food capital Activities :

DAY 7: PENANG (GEORGE TOWN)-FREEDAY
You are free to discover Georgetown, Penang’s cultural centre and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the streets, the heritage buildings, the array of colourful mosques in Chinatown and take a stroll through rustic Chinese shophouses, visit Chinese temples, and shop for spices in Little India. And yes let’s enjoy George town by your way Activities :

DAY 8: PENANG (GEORGE TOWN)- IPOH
After a recover day , it's time for another great ride. We'll transfer by car from the hotel for about an hour and a half, and set up our bikes near a local water park. Our ride takes us along country roads, with a mix of local farms, forest, and palm plantations.Then it's a fantastic, undulating ride through lush forests, all the way to our beautiful hotel with the rooftop pool. DAY 9: IPOH- CAMERON HIGHLAND
Our long big day will start from the hotel right after the big breakfast. you all will have 20 km to warm up the muscle for the long climb to Cameron highland. The Climb is consistent, not too steep but it is slow journey , so our support team will stay closer to make sure you that you all will have enough water and energy to continue the journey . have a picnic at the top to admire the view before follow the undulating to our beautiful hotel . dinner and overnight in Cameron hightland. DAY 10: CAMERON HIGHLAND- RAUB
Our day will start with a big downhill! It's a long, cruising descent out of Cameron Highlands passing famous tea estates, rural greenhouse farms before the terrain evens out. The rest of our ride is along an big undulating forest road, so there are some hill but nothing compared to yesterday! The last 40 kilometers is a flat ride through forest and palm farms to our accommodation at a quiet, hillside resort outside the town of Raub. Activities :

DAY 11: RAUB -KUALA LUMPURE
We will continue riding for a flat 27 kilometers passing through the town of Raub to the foot of the pass and the climb will start up to the top we we going to take break for water and some snack before having fun on the way down surrounded by typical Malaysian rainforest. Our ride ends in the town of Kuala Kubu Bharu, a quiet and charming town with Chinese character and nice views of the surrounding scenery. have lunch before jump on the bus and transfer by car to Kuala Lumpur. On the way, we'll have the opportunity to stop and visit the famous Batu Caves.End of the Journey . Activities :

CYCLING CHALENGING FROM PHUKHET TO KULALUMPURE
