Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (-)
Welcome to the elegant city of Hanoi !
Upon your arrival, our driver will come to pick you up for your hotel transfer.
Start your first Vietnam experience with a visit to the famed Ancient Streets where you will find unique street vendors, busy traditional workshops and holy temples. Continue your discovery with water puppet show, inspired by Red River Delta peasants.
Welcome drinks at a lake side coffee shop will be the highlight for your evening
Day 2: Hanoi city tour. Overnight train to Lao Cai (B)
Spend your day to explore the most intriguing attractions of Hanoi. While Temple of literature provides you a vivid knowledge of old Vietnam intellectual life, Museum of Art exposes colorized pictures of Vietnam art development. We will then head to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum to visit his house, garden and relics.
Our tour concludes in West lake with a pleasant stroll to enjoy the beautiful sunset, followed by visits to Tran Quoc pagoda and Quan Thanh temple.
Free with your dinner until being taken to Raiway Station for overnight train to Sapa.
Day 3: Sapa Discovery (B)
As our train stops by the border town of Lao Cai early morning. A hot breakfast will get you back to energy, next we will embark a scenic trip through the winding road to Sapa town. Our first destination of the day is Cat Cat village, the habitat of Black Hmong, boasting typical silk weaving, black smith works.
This afternoon, we will encounter Red Dzao, Giay, Black Hmong people in Sapa market. Our guide will introduce you how Sapa market is special from its corners
Day 4: Sapa hill tribe market – night train to Hanoi (B)
Upon the date of your travel, you can visit one of the most famous tribal market in Sapa or its neighboring districts : Coc Ly ( Tuesday), Cao Son ( Wednesday), Lung Khau Nhin ( Thursday), Can Cau ( Saturday), Bac Ha market ( Sunday). After your market time, we will visit the villages of earth-walled houses where Flower Hmong people shows you their lifestyles from vegetation to corn wine distillation.
A boat trip on Chay river is often on our schedule if we visit the market by Bac Ha mountain side.
Take a bath before night train ride for back to Hanoi from Lao Cai Railway station
Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay ( B,L,D)
You are greeted again early morning this day. You will have time to see Hanoian doing Tai Chi, opening the markets ( Flower Market or Long Bien market) then take a scenic drive to Halong Bay.
The Unesco site of Halong amazes you with stunning oceanic landscapes, inspirational islets, exotic floating villages and virgin small beaches.
We will board on a traditional overnight junk then visit one of the biggest caves then relax on sundeck for sunset.
Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi train to Hue ( Brunch)
An active time awaits for your discovery to floating villages. After some basic instruction, you are free to explore the hidden coves, floating caves and pristine coral reef. Checking out while sailing back to dock and be collected by our driver.
Heading back to Hanoi city then free time before transfer to Railway Station for nigh train to Hue

Day 7: Hue full day sightseeing (B)
Arrive in Hue early morning, take time to refreshing up then start to discover the last citadel of Vietnam
Today, we will go out for the visit the only citadel left in South East Asia called the Forbidden Citadel, followed with Royal tomds visits. Afternoon, enjoy a boat trip along Huong river to see Thien Mu Pagoda just located on river bank. After your own dinner, we are free to wander around the old city that depends on your choice.
Day 8: Hue – drive to Hoi An ( B)
Leaving Hue for the town, once was a busy trade port for Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese, Hoi an. They influence still remained until today through architecture and unique customs.
On arrival, we take a walking tour covering outstanding landmarks of the town : Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, and Japanese Bridge.
Free to enjoy the excellent tailor service in this town.
Day 9: Hoi An countryside ( B)
Travel out of Hoi An town to Cam Thanh village. You will learn how to control the bamboo basket boat, planting herbs by authentic ways.
After that, we will enjoy a pleasant boat trip on Thu Bon river. The rest of the day is for refreshment.
Day 10: Hoi An fly to Sai Gon ( B)
Free the whole time at your own leisure at beach or shopping. Check out the hotel in after noon then flight to Sai gon (or Ho Chi Minh city) - the commerical capital of Vietnam.
Arrive in Sai gon in late afternoon and free time to quick view the city
Day 11: Sai gon full day city tour ( B)
After breakfast, commence your sightseeing today from the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post offices, Opera houses which represents the influence of French architecture in early XX centuries.
After that, we will visit Reunification Palace, a symbol of Vietnam independence, followed by a glimpse at Thien Hau pagoda and finish at Cho Lon market, one of the biggest market in southern Vietnam.
Day 12: Cu chi tunnel trip (B)
Cu chi tunnel is a well-known place to show an important part of Vietnam history. In the morning, we drive to the tunnel complex. Arrive in the tunnel after 1 hour drive, we start our exploration. Forget all about wrong/right sides in a painful war or opposite political views, we are here just to see and admire surviving ability of human beings in under basic living conditions and learn a little more about one pace in Vietnam history.
In the afternoon. We drive to back to your hotel
Day 13: Mekong Delta exploration (B)
Picked up from your hotel, you will enjoy a pleasant drive on the secondary road 50 (not the Highway 1!!) to Can Giuoc (30km) and pay a short visit to a beautiful and colorful local Cao Dai Temple – a combination of most of major religions on earth
Another short drive (15km) will take us to Can Duoc market – a stunning rural market on its informal setting then pass Go Cong. Upon arriving in Tan Hoa, you will enjoy a stunning and easy bike ride through some remote villages. Highlight of the trip with sampan ride on small cannels at My Tho. Back to Sai gon in late afternoon
